We took the opportunity to visit our manufacturer in Vietnam to learn and understand the ways of preserving the natural sweetness, texture, and nutritional value of the fresh fruits. We employ a unique process for drying and processing our products, ensuring optimal preservation of their nutrition and flavor.
Quality Control
Our approach involves hand-cutting and slicing the fruits without machinery, followed by storage in a sanitized environment to naturally soften the slices
Drying Process
We carefully store the fruits in a controlled environment with ideal temperatures, maintaining their quality. Subsequently, we meticulously sun-dry and air-dry our products.
Packaging Method
Unlike common practices that often overlook pre-treatment, such as controlling and maintaining fruit condition before drying, we prioritize quality at every step of our process. We vacuum every individual bag to preserve the taste and nutrition. To us, it's not just a snack; it's an experience—an authentic taste of Vietnam's fruit orchards in every bite.
